Prime rib boneless

The prime rib is the part where the loin and the fifth or seventh rib join. It is the front part of the loin and its cuts are highly appreciated since it is a very juicy, clean and tender piece of meat.

Use and consumption

The fore rib can be cooked in several ways. We can take an entrecote from the boneless fore rib, this is, the fillets between the ribs. This boneless cut is used to prepare roast-beef. It can be broiled or cooked on a grill or a barbecue, but some people prefer to fry it.

Defrost

We recommend defrosting slowly and cold, so that the meat retains its optimum qualities. Accelerated defrosting or defrosting without cold conditions is not recommended.
